The Philippines' Readiness for the TPP: Focus on Investor-State Dispute Settlement

Abstract

While the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP) has seen some rough sailing with the United States' withdrawal, it remains the acknowledged state of the art for current economic cooperation agreements, and it stands out as the first of its kind as a megaregional agreement.
